The Foundation’s Mission Statement: The mission of the Foundation is to expand resources and research in the development and advancement of aviation leadership and knowledge, and provide support for education, training and mentorship for the betterment of airport administration and services, as well as advancing a better understanding of the role of airports and aviation as a career path and in economic development. 

The Foundation is a New York State nonprofit corporation and designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501c3 nonprofit educational charity. This allows donors to  receive a tax benefit for their support.
